From A55 exit junction 19, signposted Llandudno. Follow signs for Llandudno A470. Keep straight - you'll pass 5 roundabouts and 1 set of traffic lights. You'll pass Asda on your left - continue to town centre, follow road right, then left into the High Street (Mostyn Street). At the end of the high street turn left at the roundabout into Gloddaeth Street.At mini roundabout turn right into Arvon Avenue. You'll find Arvon House at the top of the road on right hand side.
