Leave the A55 at junction 19 signposted for Betws-y-coedLlandudno A470, at the roundabout take the 4th exit onto A470 go through 5 roundabouts travelling a distance of almost 4 miles. Once you have passed Asda on your left and the out of town shopping complex on your right, stay in the left hand lane heading on to Vaughan St, now follow the road right onto Augusta St passing the train station on your left. At the traffic lights take the 1st left onto Trinity Ave, then take the 3rd right onto St. David's Rd, take the 1st right onto St. David's Place, Cornerways Guest house is on your right.
